The most impressive CRM that I ever encountered

I had a remarkable experience with the CRM system at Myittar Oo Eye Hospital in Yangon ,  and  I'd  like to share it.   I had to go to an eye hospital  often when I was  in Yangon because of my eyes.  It was Myittar Oo Eye Hospital. What truly impressed me was their proactive approach to customer service.
